GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CASHLESS SERVICE
In order to increase the security and comfort of the user, the Festival offers cashless technology, an electronic payment system in which users can add money to the chip integrated in the wristband to pay for drinks, food or merchandising on the site. In addition, you will be able to top up online before entering the festival to avoid queues through the official website, or you can also top up online when you are inside the festival through the official website as long as the coverage allows it (using the code reflected on the back of the wristband’s chip).
The cashless wristband is the only method of payment at the festival, including at the hospitality stands and the official festival shop. If attendees wish to pay in cash or with their own bank card, they can do so at the physical ticket machines located throughout the festival site, which will incorporate the amount they wish to top up the attendee’s cashless wristband.
For a limited period of time, promotional cashless recharges, previously announced on the festival’s official website, can be purchased while stocks last. These promotional top-ups will be added to the attendee’s wristband during purchase process.
You can request the refund of the remaining balance of your cashless wristband for a limited time from Wednesday, 12th November at 12:00 AM to Tuesday, 25th November 2025 at 11:59 PM. The website for requesting refunds will be communicated through social media profiles and will be visible on the Festival’s official website during the refund period.
